The project is for the conversion of an un-used stables block into a separate private dwelling. The proposed house uses the existing stables building, and adds a two storey, pitched roof rear extension to form a generous four bedroom house.

The house uses an upside down living arrangement with the bedrooms at lower ground floor, and living accommodation at upper ground floor which links to the raised rear garden via a large south facing patio with contemporary zinc canopy.

The project is currently on site and is due to complete late 2017.
